Just behind this home is a "rec hall" and 2 shuffleboard lanes.

You will have the use of the Community Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Tennis Courts.  Plenty of roads within the community for walking, bike riding, roller skating, etc.  There is also a nature trail in the wooded area along a canal that winds in and around the community.  The combined distance of all the community roads and the nature trail is about 8 miles.  There is a lake as the centerpiece for fishing (catch and release) and boating.  The Clubhouse has exercise equipment, pool tables and a large hall and stage for dances, club meetings, cultural, social and dining events.
